“Free parking” and “Lunch parking”
Each octopus card/ credit card/ parking ticket can redeem the parking privilege of ‘Free parking’ promotion and ‘Lunch parking’ promotion unlimited number of times daily. After enjoying the free parking and lunch parking hours each time, customer needs to drive the vehicle out and enter again to enjoy the extra parking privileges.
‘Free parking’ promotion can be used in conjunction with ‘Lunch parking’ promotion.
All parking privileges must be redeemed within the designated redemption period at The ONE UG2 Customer Service Centre. Customer must present same-day original machine-printed receipts (a maximum of two receipts issued by different merchants) issued by The ONE merchants on the day of purchase to redeem the parking privileges. Hand written receipts, receipts issued from designated pop up store or booth organized or leased by The ONE in short-term basis, photocopied receipts, reprinted receipts, split of receipts, Octopus value-added receipts, deposit payment receipts, bill payment receipts, gratuity receipts, tenant membership card/ store-valued card receipts, purchase of cash/gift/meal/cake coupon from merchants’ receipts, counterfoils of credit card and EPS payment slips are not accepted.
The calculation of free parking will count the balance of each transaction only. All amounts paid by The ONE coupon or cash/gift/meal/cake coupon from merchants are excluded from the calculation.
Shop address, date of issue and purchasing items should be printed on the original receipts.
The calculation of free parking period is based on the time of vehicle in and out at carpark and not the time of stamp machine at Customer Service Centre, UG2, The ONE.
Receipts applied to free parking privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
For every additional hour parked beyond redeemed free parking offers, the regular hourly rate will apply.

The ONE reserves the discretionary right to make the final decision for any dispute and revoke the offer whenever deems necessary.

Customer with each set of valid receipt can enjoy a maximum of 3 hours free parking per vehicle per day.
Ticket stub from The ONE Broadway Cinema is acceptable for this parking privilege.
The redemption period is from 1000 to 2359 daily. Customer in-person should register the redemption before the time at 2359 at UG2 Customer Service Centre. Beyond this designated time, the parking redemption will not be handled.
Lunch parking (Additional Terms & Conditions)
Customer with each set of valid receipt can enjoy a maximum of 2 hours lunch parking per vehicle per day.
Only the same day machine-printed receipts from Food & Beverage, receipts issued from LG1 & LG2 AEON MaxValu Prime Premium Supermarket, snack kiosks of L6-L11 Broadway Cinema, THE Café of L8 MediLASE and L9 Goji Studios’s Youni are accepted for this parking privilege.
The redemption period is from 1100 to 1700 daily. Customer in-person should register the redemption before the time at 1700 at UG2 Customer Service Centre. Beyond this designated time, the parking redemption will not be handled.
