The ONE Club Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) outline the rules and regulations that apply to your application to join The ONE Club. You must read and understand the Terms carefully. By submitting the application to become and/or successfully registering as a member of The ONE Club, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Membership

  1. Registration for membership of The ONE Club shall be made through The ONE mobile apps. Upon successful registration, 500 bonus points will be credited as welcome gift.
  2. Members shall ensure that the personal particulars they provide for membership registration are accurate and current, and shall promptly update such particulars when there are any subsequent changes. Otherwise, they may not be able to complete membership registration or enjoy member privileges. The ONE is not responsible for any undelivered SMS, push notification or email.
  3. Each person can have only one membership account at any given time.
  4. Membership and bonus points are restricted to the member's own use and are non-transferable.
  5. Members should cross-check their bonus point record and all information after any update to their membership account. All membership information, reward points and redemption record maintained by The ONE shall be taken as final and binding.
  6. Members should keep their membership information strictly confidential. Members are fully and solely responsible for any use of their membership accounts by any person (whether with or without the member's authorization), at their own risk.
  7. The ONE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time without prior notice if a member uses a membership account that belongs to another person, registers membership or exercises member privileges in a dishonest manner, or breaches any of these Terms.
  8. Members will be required to log in their membership account with both an accurate and valid membership number and email address when they install the The ONE mobile apps on their mobile device. If a member loses such login information, they are required to attend the The ONE Customer Service Centre, UG2, in person and follow the relevant procedures to retrieve such login information. The information of the membership account retrieved from the records in The ONE membership database shall be taken as final and binding.
  9. For cancellation of membership, the member shall email marketing@chineseestates.com. The following personal information is required to process the member's request: the registered English name (same as HKID card/passport), accurate and current email address and mobile phone number.
  10. Upon termination of membership, all data and unredeemed bonus points in the membership account will be removed and forfeited, and the members shall cease to have any rights.
  11. Only personal membership is accepted. Corporate membership is not permitted. All members must be over the age of 18.

Bonus Point Rewards & Gift Redemption

  1. All bonus point registration shall be made through The ONE mobile apps (except for receipt of HK$5,000 or above, in which case a member is required to register the bonus point in person at The ONE Customer Service Centre, UG2; redemption time: 10:00am-10:00pm daily) with machine-printed receipts, together with member's corresponding electronic payment (credit card/ EPS/Octopus card/mobile payment) receipts within 7 days after purchase. Every single dollar spent can be converted to bonus point (HK$1 is equal to 1 point) for rewards. Receipts that are not registered within 7 days after purchase will be regarded as invalid. The following receipts are not accepted: handwritten receipts, receipts issued from designated pop up store or booth organized or short term leased by The ONE, reprinted receipts, split of receipts, car park receipts, Octopus value-added receipts, deposit payment receipts, bill payment receipts, gratuity receipts, receipts for adding value of merchants' membership cards or stored-value cards, receipts for purchase of cash/gift/meal/cake coupon/membership card/store-valued card from merchants, counterfoils of credit card or EPS payment slips are not accepted.
  2. Each member can only redeem a maximum of 5 pieces of gifts each calendar month, and the maximum bonus points that can be registered is 30,000 for each member per transaction day.
  3. Bonus points will be deducted from the membership account once the gift redemption request is accepted by The ONE. All redemption requests cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn once submitted.
  4. Upon successful gift reservation, the related information will be shown in "My Reservation" on the membership account. Members must collect the reserved gifts at The ONE Customer Service Centre, UG2, within the designated timeframe, by presenting the membership number. Customer service officers will only present the gifts to the member after satisfactorily verifying the reservation information.
  5. The gift redemption list may be updated from time to time without prior notice. All gifts are subject to available quota and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
  6. Eligible spending on the receipt does not include the payment made by The ONE cash coupons or cash/gift/meal/cake coupons, membership card or store-valued cards from merchants. It also does not include any other offers, cash rebates, and/or discounts from merchants. The final eligible spending amount shall be the amount after all deductions.
  7. A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed and contain the name of the merchant, receipt number, transaction number, transaction date and the transaction amount. In case of any dispute related to the validity of the receipt, The ONE reserves the rights to make the final decision.
  8. Each valid receipt can only be used once for registration of bonus point. Receipts that have been used for redemption under spending redemption program will not be accepted.
  9. Bonus points in membership account are valid for 2 years from the date of successful registration. Any expired bonus points will be cancelled automatically without prior notice and cannot be accepted for any gift redemption.
  10. Members are not allowed to register bonus point with sales receipts owned by other people. In case of any disputes, The ONE reserves the right to check the member's identity documents for verification.
  11. Members should inspect the gift on-site upon redemption. All gifts are non-returnable and non- exchangeable for cash or other gifts. The ONE is not responsible for the quality and function of any gifts or any consequences resulting from the use of any such gifts.

Personal Data

  1. Members are required to provide personal data before certain services relating to The ONE Club become available to them. Members shall read carefully our Personal Information Collection Statement before they provide such personal data.

General

  1. By registering as a member of The ONE Club and/or using its services, members confirm that they agree and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The ONE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Members should review these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Their continued use of The ONE Club after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions is regarded as their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
  3. The ONE reserves the right to modify the structure and content of The ONE Club, including but not limited to membership zone, bonus point redemption and conversion method, bonus point validity period, gifts and rewards, redemption method or terms and conditions, and the right to terminate The ONE Club membership at any time without prior notice. Modification will be effective immediately upon posting. Members' continued use of The ONE Club after any such change is regarded as acceptance of all such changes. The ONE will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from any such changes.
  4. The ONE shall have the right, at any time at its absolute discretion without giving any prior notice to amend, suspend or terminate the services of The ONE Club for any person.
  5. Members are required to read and abide by the terms, policies and statements incorporated by reference or linked to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the Personal Information Collection Statement and the The ONE Mobile Apps - Terms and Conditions.
  6. Members agree to abide by all applicable laws when using The ONE Club. Members shall not make use of The ONE Club for any commercial, immoral or illegal purposes.
  7. Any transaction and contract between members is conducted entirely at their own risk for which The ONE shall not be responsible.
  8. The ONE will not be responsible for any delay, loss, error, unrecognition or other scenario in submission of information by members due to network problem, system error or telephone connection problem.
  9. Under no circumstances shall The ONE be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of The ONE Club or the services or goods of any merchant.
  10. The ONE shall not be regarded as an agent of the members or any merchant.
  11. In case of any dispute relating to The ONE Club or these Terms and Conditions or any ancillary matter thereto, The ONE reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters.
  12. Each provision of these Terms and Conditions is independent of the others. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
  13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  14. It is expressly provided that no provision of these Terms and Conditions is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) by a person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions.
  15. All rights of The ONE are expressly reserved.
  16. In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The ONE Club會員計劃條款及細則:

以下條款及細則(下稱「條款」)概述了加入成為The ONE Club會員的規則及規定,您必須仔細閱讀並理解這些條款。提交申請及/或成功註冊成為The ONE Club會員即表示您同意受這些條款的約束。

會藉

  1. 顧客須透過The ONE手機應用程式才可註冊成為The ONE Club會員。當成功註冊後,會員即可獲贈500迎新積分。
  2. 會員必須確保所註冊的個人資料均為正確及有效,並且將及時更新任何變更,否則有機會無法成功註冊會籍或使用會員待遇。The ONE概不負責任何未能成功傳送的手機短訊、推送通知或電郵。
  3. 每人於任何時候只可持有一個會員帳戶。
  4. 會籍及積分只限會員本人使用,不得轉讓他人。
  5. 會員更新其帳戶資料後,須核對其積分及所有資料並確認無誤。所有會員資料、積分及換領紀錄,均以The ONE所存紀錄為準。
  6. 會員須對其帳戶資料予以保密。若有任何人(無論是否獲得會員授權)使用其會員帳戶,該會員須獨自負上全部責任並承擔有關風險。
  7. 任何會員如被發現盜用他人帳戶、以不誠實方法註冊會籍或使用會員待遇、或違反本條款及細則中的任何條款,The ONE有權隨時暫停或終止其會籍,而毋須另行通知。
  8. 每當會員下載The ONE手機應用程式,會員必須分別憑正確及有效的會員編號及電郵地址才可登入會員帳戶。如會員遺失有關資料,須親臨The ONE UG2顧客服務中心依照手續查詢相關資料。會員帳戶資料將以The ONE所存記錄為準。
  9. 如欲取消會籍,會員須電郵至marketing@chineseestates.com,並提供會員個人資料包括會員的註冊英文姓名(與身份證/護照姓名相同)、正確及有效的電郵地址及手機號碼。
  10. 會員終止會籍後,其帳戶內所有資料及積分將全數移除及取消,會員不再享有任何權利。
  11. The ONE Club只接受個人會籍,不接受公司會籍。所有會員必須年滿18歲。

積分獎賞及禮品換領

  1. 會員必須憑商戶之機印單據連同會員本人簽賬相符之電子貨幣(信用卡/易辦事/八達通/手機支付)付款存根,於消費日起計7日內,透過The ONE手機應用程式登記積分(若機印單據為HK$5,000或以上,會員則必須親身於The ONE UG2顧客服務中心登記積分;換領時間為每日上午10時至晚上10時),每消費HK$1可換取1分,單據逾期作廢。任何手寫單據、由The ONE舉辦或提供短期租賃之指定期間限定店或攤位發出之單據、重印單據、分拆之單據、泊車單據、八達通增值單據、按金繳付單據、繳費單據、小費單據、商戶會員卡/儲值卡增值單據、購買商戶之現金券/禮券/餐券/餅券/會員卡/儲值卡單據、信用卡及易辦事收據存根,恕不接受。
  2. 每名會員每月(以月曆計算)只限換領最多5份禮品,每消費日登記積分上限為30,000分。
  3. 會員於會員帳戶預訂禮品的申請一經被接納,The ONE將即時從會員帳戶扣取相應積分,有關申請一旦提交,不可更改、取消或撤回。
  4. 會員於會員帳戶成功預訂禮品後,有關換領禮品的資料將顯示於其帳戶之「我的預訂」內。會員須於指定日期及時間內到The ONE UG2顧客服務中心出示有關會員號碼,經顧客服務員核對預訂資料無誤後,方可領取禮品。
  5. 禮品換領清單將不時更新而不作另行通知。禮品數量有限,先到先得,換完即止。
  6. 單據上之消費金額以扣除使用The ONE購物現金券或商戶之現金券/禮券/餐券/餅券/會員卡/儲值卡、所有優惠、現金回贈及/或折扣等之實際淨消費金額為準。
  7. 所有消費單據須為電腦編印,並附有商戶名稱、單據編號、交易編號、交易日期及交易金額。如有任何爭議,The ONE有權最終決定該等消費單據是否有效。
  8. 每張有效單據只可登記積分1次,已用作換領禮品的單據恕不接受。
  9. 會員帳戶之積分有效期為2年,由成功註冊日起計算。所有逾期積分將自動被取消而不作另行通知,及不可用作換領任何獎賞。
  10. 會員不得使用他人的單據登記積分。如有任何爭議,The ONE有權要求會員出示身份證明文件以作核實。
  11. 會員請於換領禮品時即場檢查禮品。一經換領,禮品一律恕不退換,亦不可兌換現金或其他禮品。The ONE不會對所換領之禮品功能或質素負上任何責任,亦不會對使用該等禮品所構成之後果承擔任何相關責任。

個人資料

  1. 會員需提供個人資料才可使用The ONE Club之若干服務。在提供該等個人資料前,會員應先詳細閱讀「個人資料收集聲明」。

一般條款及細則

  1. 當註冊成為The ONE Club會員及/或使用其服務,即確認會員同意接受本條款及細則約束。
  2. The ONE有權不時修訂本條款及細則而不作另行通知。會員應不時審閱本條款及細則,如會員在本條款及細則修訂後仍繼續使用The ONE Club,即表示會員同意並接受已修訂的條款及細則。
  3. The ONE有權隨時更改The ONE Club架構及內容,包括但不限於會員專區、兌換及換算積分方法、積分有效期、可供換領的禮品或禮遇、換領禮品或禮遇方法、條款及細則,並有權隨時終止會員之The ONE Club會籍,而不作另行通知。所有更改於刊出後即時生效。如會員在任何該等更改後仍繼續使用The ONE Club,即表示會員已明白及接受所有該等更改。任何因上述更改而導致的損失,The ONE概不負責。
  4. The ONE有絕對的酌情權隨時修改、暫停或終止向任何人提供The ONE Club的服務,而毋須另行通知。
  5. 會員必須閱讀及遵守本條款及細則所引申或連繫的其他條款、政策及聲明,包括但不限於「個人資料收集聲明」及「The ONE手機應用程式 – 一般條款及細則」。
  6. 會員同意使用The ONE Club時,必須遵守所有適用的法律。會員不得利用The ONE Club作任何商業、不道德或不合法用途。
  7. 會員之間如有任何交易及合約,乃由會員之間自行制定及承擔有關風險,The ONE概不負責。
  8. 任何因網絡問題、系統故障或電話接收問題而引致會員所遞交的資料有延誤、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或其他情況,The ONE概不負責。
  9. 於任何情況下,The ONE不會就任何人士使用The ONE Club或任何商戶的服務或產品而導致的任何損失或損害,而承擔任何責任或賠償。
  10. The ONE並非會員或任何商戶的代理人。
  11. 如就The ONE Club或本條款及細則或相關事宜有任何爭議,The ONE保留最終決定權。
  12. 本條款及細則的每一條條款獨立於其他條款,若任何一條條款已屬或變成無效、不合法或不可能強制執行,其他條款的有效性、合法性或強制執行性將不會因此而受到任何影響。
  13. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區(「香港」)法律管轄,並應按照香港法律解釋。會員同意服從香港法院的專屬管轄權。
  14. 任何非本條款及細則締約方的人士不得根據《合約(第三者權利)條例》(香港法律第623章)執行本條款及細則的任何條款。
  15. The ONE保留其所有權利。
  16. 本條款及細則中英文本如有歧異,一概以英文本為準。

  7. 所有消费单据须为计算机编印,并附有商户名称、单据编号、交易编号、交易日期及交易金额。如有任何争议,The ONE有权最终决定该等消费单据是否有效。
  8. 每张有效单据只可登记积分1次,已用作换领礼品的单据恕不接受。
  9. 会员账户之积分有效期为2年,由成功注册日起计算。所有逾期积分将自动被取消而不作另行通知,及不可用作换领任何奖赏。
  10. 会员不得使用他人的单据登记积分。如有任何争议,The ONE有权要求会员出示身份证明文件以作核实。
  11. 会员请于换领礼品时即场检查礼品。一经换领,礼品一律恕不退换,亦不可兑换现金或其他礼品。The ONE不会对所换领之礼品功能或质素负上任何责任,亦不会对使用该等礼品所构成之后果承担任何相关责任。

一般条款及细则

  2. The ONE有权不时修订本条款及细则而不作另行通知。会员应不时审阅本条款及细则,如会员在本条款及细则修订后仍继续使用The ONE Club,即表示会员同意并接受已修订的条款及细则。
  3. The ONE有权随时更改The ONE Club架构及内容,包括但不限于会员专区、兑换及换算积分方法、积分有效期、可供换领的礼品或礼遇、换领礼品或礼遇方法、条款及细则,并有权随时终止会员之The ONE Club会籍,而不作另行通知。所有更改于刊出后实时生效。如会员在任何该等更改后仍继续使用The ONE Club,即表示会员已明白及接受所有该等更改。任何因上述更改而导致的损失,The ONE概不负责。
  4. The ONE有绝对的酌情权随时修改、暂停或终止向任何人提供The ONE Club的服务,而毋须另行通知。
  5. 会员必须阅读及遵守本条款及细则所引申或连系的其他条款、政策及声明,包括但不限于「个人资料收集声明」及「The ONE手机应用程序 – 一般条款及细则」。
  6. 会员同意使用The ONE Club时,必须遵守所有适用的法律。会员不得利用The ONE Club作任何商业、不道德或不合法用途。
  7. 会员之间如有任何交易及合约,乃由会员之间自行制定及承担有关风险,The ONE概不负责。
  8. 任何因网络问题、系统故障或电话接收问题而引致会员所递交的数据有延误、遗失、错误、无法辨识或其他情况,The ONE概不负责。
  9. 于任何情况下,The ONE不会就任何人士使用The ONE Club或任何商户的服务或产品而导致的任何损失或损害,而承担任何责任或赔偿。
  10. The ONE并非会员或任何商户的代理人。
  11. 如就The ONE Club或本条款及细则或相关事宜有任何争议,The ONE保留最终决定权。
  12. 本条款及细则的每一条条款独立于其他条款,若任何一条条款已属或变成无效、不合法或不可能强制执行,其他条款的有效性、合法性或强制执行性将不会因此而受到任何影响。
  13. 本条款及细则受香港特别行政区(「香港」)法律管辖,并应按照香港法律解释。会员同意服从香港法院的专属管辖权。
  14. 任何非本条款及细则缔约方的人士不得根据《合约(第三者权利)条例》(香港法律第623章)执行本条款及细则的任何条款。
  15. The ONE保留其所有权利。
  16. 本条款及细则中英文本如有歧异,一概以英文本为准。
